My name is John Stofer, Founder/CEO of Übertas Controls. I have over five decades of experience working my way up the ladder in small and mid-sized integration companies as a warehouse worker, installer, technician, operations manager, sales & marketing VP and CEO. I also served as a top-tier sales executive and problem-solver for an international conglomerate, successfully designing programs valued at almost one hundred million dollars, managing national accounts for thousands of customer locations. Working in ‘Corporate America’, I experienced the politics and inefficiencies that led to unwarranted lay-offs, over-pricing, delays in ordering and execution, cost overruns, ineffective support and unhappy customers. This experience led me to create Übertas Controls. Our mission is to provide our clients a direct line to professionals who can show them the best solution, best value, most efficient implementation and most comprehensive support.
